Mapless Quest（以下「運営者」）は、Tokichi-Loton Automation（以下「本ツール」）における情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
本ツールはGoogle OAuthを通じ、利用者が許可した範囲で、YouTubeへの動画アップロードに必要な認可情報、およびアップロード済み動画の識別情報・公開状態等を取得する場合があります。Googleアカウントのパスワードを取得することはありません。
取得した情報は、利用者本人が管理するYouTubeチャンネルへの動画アップロード、サムネイル設定、アップロード結果および公開状態の確認、重複投稿防止、障害復旧のためにのみ利用します。
Googleユーザーデータを広告、プロファイリング、販売、貸与に利用しません。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者へ提供しません。本ツールによるGoogleユーザーデータの利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use要件を含む）に従います。
認可トークン等は運営者が管理する実行環境に必要な期間のみ保存し、アクセス制限その他の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。秘密情報を公開ページや一般ログへ表示しません。
利用者はGoogleアカウントの「セキュリティ」設定から、本ツールへのアクセス権をいつでも取り消せます。保存データの削除を希望する場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。合理的な本人確認後、必要な法的保存義務がある場合を除き削除します。
この公開サイトは、利用者を追跡するための独自Cookieや広告トラッカーを使用しません。サーバー保安のため、IPアドレス等がアクセスログへ一時的に記録される場合があります。
法令、Googleのポリシーまたは本ツールの機能変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
Tokichi-Loton-Automation does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, information resellers, or other unrelated third parties.
The application is a local command-line tool operated by the YouTube channel owner on the owner’s own Windows computer. Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally on that computer and are not transferred to or made accessible to third parties.
Google user data accessed through the YouTube Data API is used only to:
Data and content are transmitted to Google and YouTube only as necessary to perform the actions requested by the channel owner and to provide the functionality described above.
Google user data is not transferred to external AI providers and is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
We may disclose information only when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the application. We do not otherwise disclose Google user data to any person or organization.
If our data-sharing practices change, this Privacy Policy will be updated before Google user data is used or shared for the new purpose, and additional consent will be obtained where required.
Users may revoke the application’s access at any time through the Google Account permissions page . Upon revocation or deletion of the locally stored OAuth token, the application can no longer access the user’s YouTube account.
Tokichi-Loton-Automationは、Googleユーザーデータを広告事業者、データブローカー、 情報販売事業者その他本アプリと無関係な第三者へ販売、貸与または共有しません。
本アプリは、YouTubeチャンネルの運営者本人が、自身のWindowsパソコン上で使用する ローカルCLIです。Google OAuthの認証情報およびトークンは当該パソコン内に保存され、 第三者へ移転または開示されません。
YouTube Data APIを通じて取得するGoogleユーザーデータは、次の目的だけに使用します。
データおよびコンテンツは、チャンネル運営者が指示した処理と上記機能を提供するために 必要な範囲でのみ、GoogleおよびYouTubeへ送信されます。
Googleユーザーデータを外部のAIサービスへ移転することはなく、汎用的なAIまたは 機械学習モデルの学習にも使用しません。
適用される法律、規制、法的手続または執行可能な政府機関の要請に基づいて必要となる場合、 もしくは本アプリの安全性および完全性を保護するために必要となる場合を除き、 Googleユーザーデータを個人または組織へ開示しません。
共有方法を変更する場合は、新しい目的でGoogleユーザーデータを使用または共有する前に 本ポリシーを更新し、必要に応じて改めて同意を取得します。
利用者は Googleアカウントの権限管理画面 から、いつでも本アプリのアクセス権を取り消せます。アクセス権の取消し、またはローカルに 保存されたOAuthトークンの削除後、本アプリは利用者のYouTubeアカウントへアクセスできなくなります。
